Datagate Holiday support and office closure hours for the 2017-2018 festive season

As 2017 draws to a close, please take note of the following office closure dates and support details for the 2017/2018 festive period.

Office closure and support

Datagate’s last day in the office for 2017 is Friday 22 December. Our office will be closed from 3:00pm (NZDT) on 22 December 2017 and re-open on Wednesday 3 January 2018.

During this time, we will have a skeleton crew covering support for urgent support queries only. Our support mailbox will be checked daily during normal business hours and all support queries will be addressed.  All other routine and or training requests will be scheduled for attention on our return to the office.

Invoicing

If you are planning to do your invoicing during the shutdown period and think you may need the support team’s help, please get in touch with us before 3:00pm on Friday 22 December and we will do our best to ensure you have the help you need.
