Datagate has opened its fourth branch office – in Sydney, Australia – adding to existing locations in the United States, Canada and New Zealand.
Datagate now has offices in Jacksonville, Florida; Vancouver, Canada; Sydney, Australia; and Auckland New Zealand. The Australian presence is part of Datagate’s strategy to stay close to its MSP customers, says CEO Mark Loveys.
“Big opportunities exist for Australian and Asia Pacific MSPs to sell more telecom services, and they need a specialised telecom billing solution that integrates with the other systems they use, such as ConnectWise Manage, QuickBooks and Xero,” he says.
“Our partnership with ConnectWise is a global one and we work with ConnectWise to target opportunities across different geographies. Datagate is experiencing an increasing amount of success in Australia and it warrants having a local point of presence there.”
