Datagate Innovation now integrates with the Avalara telecom tax engine, and the QuickBooks Online accounting system, adding to existing Datagate integrations including ConnectWise, ConnectBooster, and various tax engines and payment gateways including Stripe and Authorize.net.

The new Avalara tax engine integration adds to existing Datagate tax engine integrations with CCH SureTax and Compliance Solutions.

Datagate integrates with ConnectWise Manage and many popular payment and accounting systems. These include QuickBooks, Xero, SAP Business One, Acumatica, MYOB and various payment gateways including ConnectBooster, Stripe and Authorize.net.  Datagate also rates call data from most PBXs and wholesale telecom carriers.

“Datagate’s strategy is to be the most integrated telecom billing solution for MSPs, which means integrating with the software solutions that MSPs use,” says CEO Mark Loveys.

“Our goal is to integrate and function with an MSP’s existing systems to streamline back office processes and eliminate the need for rekeying. Customers of QuickBooks Online and Avalara will welcome these new integrations,” he says.

“We have a program of further product integrations underway, prioritized by MSP demand. We expect to announce further integrations very soon – and some of these are particularly exciting.”

The recently announced integration between Datagate and ConnectBooster enables Datagate’s professionally formatted telecommunications bills, which are MSP-branded and suitable for presentation to end customers, to be viewed and paid from inside the ConnectBooster portal.
