Vicky Lila manages Datagate’s implementation, consulting and support capability worldwide. She is responsible for making sure Datagate delivers the right levels of support across multiple times zones including US, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Vicky has an extensive background in ERP and accounting software. She has a decade of experience in consulting and in managing software implementation and support teams. For several years she was with Enprise Group, Datagate’s parent company, as product manager for its global SAP practice. There she looked after companion software releases and managed the global support team. Vicky also has a strong financial background. She spent ten years as a senior accountant and business analyst for one of the largest building companies in New Zealand, a position she took up after implementing SAP for the firm.
At Datagate, Vicky makes sure projects are kept on track and oversees continuous improvement of Datagate’s implementation processes. She ensures the correct level of support is provided within the agreed response time. Datagate’s global support team prides itself on providing a high level of customer service, she says.
“We have good response times, we provide high quality support and we go the extra mile to ensure that customers are happy – not just for the implementation but beyond that. Post implementation support is very important to us. We have consultants to support customers in every time zone. We can provide support in the US evenings and nights via our New Zealand-based support team.
“As Datagate targets larger MSPs, implementation projects get bigger with increased scoping and development demands. As we grow I grow the team,” Vicky Lila says.
