Enprise Group, which sold cloud provisioning system EMS Cortex to Citrix in 2011, reenters the cloud software market.
New Zealand-based Enprise Group has acquired Datagate Innovation, the developer of a cloud portal to deliver analysis, reporting and billing information to users of cloud and managed service providers.
Enprise CEO Mark Loveys said Datagate’s software will help create a more responsive and richer relationship between companies that bundle and resell managed services and their customers.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it brings back together members of the team that developed EMS Cortax, a cloud provisioning tool that Enprise sold to Citrix in February 2011…
