Datagate is a cloud-based billing engine and customer self-service portal that manages the data aggregation, rating, billing and analysis of service usage. It supports the convergence of multiple utility services on to a single bill, enabling resellers to differentiate and bundle their their offerings, in what are often commodity markets.  Customers of bundled services are often more loyal and “sticky”.
